DS1.11 is Ferodo's flagship endurance-race compound, developed in the World Endurance Championship and trickled down for serious track and time-attack use. It carries an exceptionally high, stable friction level deep into the heat range where street pads have long since faded, with outstanding release characteristics that protect the rotor and reward trail-braking.
This is a dedicated competition pad: it wants heat to work its best and is not intended for daily street driving. Run it when lap times and brake confidence at the end of a long straight matter more than cold-stop manners.
