Orders

Your order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order — it isn't acceptance. We accept an order when we ship it. We may cancel an order before shipment — for example, because of a pricing error or an availability problem — in which case we'll refund you in full.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Fitment

We publish fitment data in good faith, but you are responsible for verifying that a part fits your vehicle before ordering. Not sure? Email us your car's year, model, and trim and we'll confirm before you buy.

Motorsport products

Many products we sell are designed for competition and track use. In particular, racing brake pads used on the street may have:

• Reduced cold performance — longer stopping distances until up to temperature.
• Increased noise and dust.
• Accelerated rotor wear.

You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you and for using products consistent with the manufacturer's intended application.

Shipping & returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy; both are part of these terms.

Warranty & liability

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. To the extent permitted by law, LTB Racing disclaims implied warranties — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — and our total liability for any order is limited to the purchase price you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
