Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 1, 2026 · Last updated: July 1, 2026This policy covers the store run by LTB Racing, LLC (California, USA). Short version: we collect only what it takes to fulfill your order, and we don't track you.
What we collect
- Name, email, phone, and shipping/billing address — collected by Stripe at checkout so we can fulfill and ship your order.
- Your Google account name and email, if you sign in to see your order history.
Payments
Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Where your data lives
Order and account data is stored in Google Firebase, on servers in the United States.
Who processes it
- Stripe — payment processing and receipts.
- Google Firebase — hosting, authentication, and database.
What we don't do
- No ad tracking.
- No analytics cookies.
- No selling or sharing personal data for advertising.
Cookies & local storage
The only things this site stores in your browser are an authentication session (if you sign in) and your cart, which lives locally in your browser — not on our servers.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as accounting and tax obligations require.
Your rights
You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal data — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — by emailing hello@ltbracing.com(opens in new tab). We'll respond to verified requests; note that we may retain order records we're legally required to keep.
