7-day returns

You have 7 days from delivery to return an item. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

What can't be returned

• Brake pads that have been installed or bedded-in.
• Opened brake fluid or engine oil — safety and contamination reasons.
• Special-order items, unless defective.

Defective or incorrect items

If we shipped the wrong item or your part arrived defective, we cover return shipping and will replace it or refund you in full — your call.

Return shipping

For all other returns, you're responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — we can only refund what we receive.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
